I recently visited Australia to take classes at The University of Sydney and the University of New South Wales. Now I'm back in Osaka!

クラス内容、目的
●スポーツを通しての異文化交流
●セルフディフェンス
●パンチ、ヒジ、ヒザ、キック、などキックボクシング技術の習得
●対人練習（希望者のみ）。
●健康的な体重のコントロール
●服、化粧品にお金をかけるのも大切ですが、一番は食べ物、適度な運動、ストレス発散、十分な休養です、内からの美しさが無ければいい服を着ても、服に着られるだけですよね。

What you can get from my classes:
Learn how to fight using punches, kicks, knees, and elbows; the moves that make kickboxing famous
Get fit in a healthy way without expensive 'miracle' supplements (life is not that easy!)
Make good friends through the sport
Train at a famous gym regularly used by pro fighters
Proficient in both English and Japanese

・What to bring:
Comfortable clothes such as shorts or sweatpants (e.g., no jeans)
Water
Cotton gloves (available from any 100 yen shop)
Towel
Gloves (can be rented for 100 yen); if you have your own gear, feel free to bring it along!
